1. Conditions for returning products

• You can return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

• The product must be in new condition, without signs of use or damage.

• You must keep the original packaging, seals (if any), all accessories, and the proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, etc.).

2. Non-returnable products

According to Ukrainian law, products of proper quality included in the List of non-food products not subject to exchange (return), approved by Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 172 of 19.03.1994 (e.g., custom-made items), cannot be returned.

3. Returning defective products

• If the product has a manufacturing defect or damage, you have the right to a free return or exchange.

• We cover the shipping costs for returns in cases of confirmed defect or order error.

2. Agree on the details of the return with our manager.

3. Send the product to the specified address via courier service or deliver it personally (if applicable).

4. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will refund the money to your account or bank card.

• Refunds are issued within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned product and confirming its condition.
